We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal as payment for online purchases.
All purchases are secure.
Gift Vouchers purchased online may also be used to purchase goods through our website. (Unfortunately Gift Vouchers purchased in store are not able to be used for online purchases at this time.)


We offer FREE SHIPPING Australia wide for online purchases over $120.
(This offer does not apply to furniture items or excessively bulky goods  *See below Furniture Shipping)
Purchases under $120 will be a FLAT RATE of $9.95
Goods will normally be dispatched within 2 business days from date of order… (Although we usually try to get things out the same day!)
If for any reason we are unable to supply your order in this time we will contact you by phone or email.

Please contact us on (08) 8382 7038 before purchasing furniture items so we can discuss shipping. If you are in Adelaide you can purchase online and collect from our Port Noarlunga store.


You can purchase a Gift Voucher on line and it will be instantly delivered to your email address ready to print and present. Or alternatively, enter the email address of the recipient and it will be delivered to them on your behalf.
Unfortunately Gift Vouchers purchased in store are not able to be used for online purchases at this time, but we are happy to accept online vouchers for instore purchases.


We are happy to offer a credit note on change of mind purchases made ONLINE within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for credit:

  • Proof of purchase must be accompanied with the returned item/s;
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition free from any marks (including makeup and perfume) with all tags intact
  • RETURN SHIPPING is at customers expense and will not be refunded



All items sold in the ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALE are considered final sale and CANNOT be returned or exchanged, unless the item is deemed faulty by the company. Final sale applies to items that have been marked down to clear. By purchasing a final sale item, you agree that the item cannot be returned.


Any goods received which you find faulty, damaged or not as ordered must be reported to us immediately upon receipt (including a photo or two if possible.)
We will determine if the goods are faulty and if so arrange the return freight.    A full refund will be given in this instance including any original freight charges.

We will not accept goods returned COD.

All items must be returned un-used, un-worn and in original packaging with your receipt or packing note enclosed.
